Huevos Rancheros

Huevos Rancheros

Ingrédients Recette
  • 3 oeufs
  • 5 tomates cerises
  • 1 oignon
  • 1 gousse d’ail
  • 1 poignée d’origan frais
  • 1/2 cuillère de flocons de piments
  • 1/2 cuillère à café de miel
  • 100 ml d’eau
  • 4 tranches de pain complet aux céréales
  • 2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive
  1. Grillez le pain si vous le souhaitez.
  2. Lavez les tomates et l’origan. Coupez les tomates et effeuillez l’origan.
  3. Epluchez et coupez l’oignon et l’ail.
  4. Cassez les oeufs et fouettez les, versez les ensuite dans une casserole. Faites les cuire pendant 3 minutes.
  5. Mettez ensuite les oeufs sur une assiette avec les tranches de pain.
  6. Dans la même casserole, faites chauffer une cuillère à soupe d’huile.
  7. Ajoutez dans cette casserole les tomates, l’ail, le piment et l’oignon, faites revenir pendant 5 minutes.
  8. Incorporez le miel.
  9. Ajoutez l’origan et l’eau et faites cuire pendant 5 minutes.
  10. Salez, poivrez et servez cette sauce avec les oeufs et le pain déjà dans l’assiette.
